In our recruitment services, we look out for the best interests of both our clients and candidates. At Dimitts integrated, we do more that finding people for jobs. Our job include reviewing a candidate’s job experiences, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates in agreeable employment positions.
As a recruitment organization covering a variety of sectors, we engage in salary/benefit negotiations, advising clients on employment issues, staying up to date with labour laws, as well as sharing market and industry knowledge.

Meeting with our client
At Dimitts integrated successful candidates are presented to our clients for one on one discussion. This will provide the client opportunity to certify the the candidate presented is best fit for the job. It will also provide the candidate the opportunity to meet with her potential employer.
Once an offer is made, we continue to follow up with our client and candidates on their first day, end of the first month, and at the end of a probation period or till the candidate resigns (depending on the nature of the contract). Should any problems come up we are always available to assist solutions.
How we recruit
To correctly initiate and conclude a recruitment process, certain information is need. These information may include questions on the vacant role, reason the position is open, salary range, benefits to the role or working for the company, vacation, management styles, soft and hard skills needed, start date, any special consideration by the client, advancement opportunities etc.
We advertise for jobs using our numerous channels. Aside that, We have a built database of employees and potential employees seeking various roles in various sectors.
Finding great candidates for our client is at the top of what we do in recruitment. We carry out a proper review of all the resumes obtained from our data base and channels to identify the candidates that have the hard and soft skills required by our clients.
We deploy the best interview method and process necessary to select the best candidate for the role. Our test/interview type depends and the role, competency and skills required to do the job. This may include:

- ---The On-Site Interview.
- ---Behavioral-Based Interview.
- ---Competency Based interview.
We have a 400 seater CCTV covered computer testing room to accommodate as many candidates as possible for our computer screening test. Once we determine the pool of better candidates from the test/interview, we reach out for telephone or in-person interviews, or a combination of both.
These interviews are critical to us because presenting an underqualified or unqualified candidate to our client could potentially cause damage to the business of our client. Our in-depth interview process provides an opportunity for us to find out all other things not on a resume.
We engage our clients about each candidate, and “bring them to life” off the paper through discussing their work experiences, career aspirations, and why they will be the best match with the client’s needs.
